Concord Cannon goes wire to wire to win Devonte Graham third place game

The Concord Cannon Cougars took a lead early in the first and never let the Rockingham Richmond Raiders take it away en route to a 84-68 win in the Devonte Graham bracket of the 2023 Holiday Invitational.

Cannon was led by upperclassmen Austin Swartz and Isaiah Henry. Swartz, a Miami commit, finished with 21 points to go with 9 assists and 9 rebounds. Henry also added 21 points and 7 rebounds of his own.

The Raiders were paced by their senior NC State commit Paul McNeil who finished the game with 21 points and 5 rebounds. The Raiders had 3 other players in double digits; JV Drake with 12, Jamarion Wall with 10, and David McNair off the bench with 11.

The Cougars leave Raleigh with a third place finish in the 2023 Holiday Invitational.
